John Klare, Jr. currently serves as FASCOR’s President, lending his 35 years of warehousing, distribution, and supply chain technology expertise to the growing team. In this role, John Jr. leads all business development activities, partner management and provides the strategic vision for the entire software suite of Supply Chain Execution Solutions and Services provided by the firm.

John has devoted his entire career to FASCOR, empowering small-to-midsize businesses to grow and transform their distribution, manufacturing and warehousing operations into a competitive advantage. By arming supply chain leaders with economical and pragmatic technology solutions, he’s helped countless businesses to evolve from error-prone, manual paper-based processes into lean, mean efficiency machines, while enabling them to achieve exponential growth without negative impacts to customer service levels or their bottom-lines.

After playing collegiate football and graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech, John Jr. came back home to Cincinnati to join the FASCOR team in 1986. Working side-by-side with his father and FASCOR founder, John Klare, Sr.. Over the last 35 years he has held almost every role imaginable within the firm; from lead programmer, implementation specialist, to marketing director before assuming his current position as President after the passing of John Sr.

When John Jr. isn’t in a warehouse helping clients, on the phone building the business, or chasing down one of his four kids, you can find him behind a camera, professionally photographing events, concerts, portraits or anything else he can find.
